We ship via USPS, UPS or Amazon Logistics. We select the cheapest option to keep costs down. Within Canada we offer tracking numbers with every order. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items.

We ship via India Post (Speed post). We select the cheapest tracked parcel option which is unfortunately not the cheapest option, but it’s the safest.
We provide free worldwide delivery on all orders.
Orders are dispatched from our Fulfilment Centre Warehouse within 1-2 working days.
Delivery time is 2 to 5 days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites.
If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return any of your purchased foxhackle items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition with all brand tags intact. Returns are free of cost.
Furthermore, you can also exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your order.

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS
We love our clients and their adventurous lifestyle. We do free repairs of the bag even if it is regular wear & tear or damages so you can continue your adventures without any worries.
All you have to do is send the bag with a note describing the issue and we will do it for you.
Total repair would be free of cost including spares and parts. All you have to do is to take care of the both ways shipping.
- At FOXHACKLE we stand for quality and craftsmanship of our products. Products crafted by us are guaranteed against any form of defects in our materials or craftsmanship. Warranty covers any form of manufacturing defects or any form of defect on the leather, canvas, stitching or other material/ hardware used by us.
- Warranty does not cover neglect, staining, soiling, mishandling, misuse , exposure to water or the natural patina process of leather (Natural ageing of leather)
- Leather being a natural product has natural markings, grains, scratches, subtleties of color and texture created by dyes and finishing processes. Please allow/ expect some of these natural markings and subtleties with any leather items offered. Such markings shall not be considered as defects
- Some leathers are prone to starches and color change when folded due to disruption in natural oils and waxes in the hide and which comes back to its original form when the waxes and oils settle back in a couple of hours. That is a feature of leather and leather is deliberately processed to develop this unique character. Please allow/ expect some of these natural markings and subtleties with any leather item offered. Such characteristics shall not be considered as defects.

- Hardware & fittings: The hardware used in bags and goods are made out of metal which might lose its shine with usage. The usually happens over time due to weather conditions & rough usage and cannot be accounted as a defect.
- Products will be repaired and sent back to customers as soon as possible if in case any product comes for repair and is under warranty. Customers will need to have original bill of the product to avail any kind of warranty and wright an email and send it to email@example.com along with pictures of original bill and clear pictures of damage on the bag and we will revert back as soon as possible.
